Log into the Cowell Health Portal to make medical appointments, check appointment times, and send non-urgent messages to your providers. (Note: CAPS appointments cannot be made on the Cowell Health Portal; please call the Cowell Center during business hours.)
Contact Student Emergency Medical Services for medical concerns every day of the academic year from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. (not available during holidays, academic breaks, or finals week) by calling Campus Safety at (408) 554-4444.
Contact CAPS 24/7 for mental health concerns any hour of day or night at (408) 554-5220. CAPS 24/7 provides a crisis hotline, individual therapy, and support connecting with off-campus providers.
