Happy Hollow Park & Zoo located on Senter Road in San Jose has been serving families and the surrounding community since its gates opened in 1961. The park houses a variety of rides, picnic areas and a small Zoo. In the Zoo, visitors can touch and feed a zebu, a donkey, miniature horses and goats. Also guests have the opportunity to meet and learn about many rare and endangered species such as lemurs, Parma wallabies, and jaguars. The Zoo is accredited by the American Zoo and Aquarium Association. Happy Hollow is a family-friendly place and has been included in several "Best of Bay Area" articles included in the Bay Area Parent magazine.
