Steve graduated from SCU in 1977; his wife (a member of the SCU Board of Fellows and Catala Club) and two sons are also Broncos. He has left a global footprint with his nearly 40 years with EY, eventually retiring as Global Vice Chair (Industries). He’s a long-time Leavey School Advisory Board member. Steve also spent many years on the Accounting Department Advisory Board and as chair for one term. Steve is a board member of The First Tee of Silicon Valley and has traveled extensively worldwide. He is the chair of the Management and Entrepreneurship Department Advisory Board.
John received his undergraduate degree from SCU (1988) and MBA from Dartmouth (1993). In his 30-plus-year career as an investment banker, private equity investor, and family office executive, he has held various senior leadership positions and served on many boards. He currently serves on the Advisory Council for Oregon State’s Center for Family Enterprise and the Boards of Titan Frozen Fruit, Amato Brothers Enterprises, ACG Seattle, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County (WA).
is a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Strategy Consultant / Co-Founder for Richard A. Keller, Inc. He has been a corporate financial consultant for over 13 years, partnering with clients to identify, strategize, and develop solutions for complex financial models. Vince is collaborating with the Department of Energy to help program management teams align cross-functional business units to modernize some of the United States' aging nuclear testing programs. Before Richard A. Keller, Vince was the co-founder and principal Mechanical Engineering consultant for Blue Wave Engineering, an innovative product development firm focusing on developing complex product launches, integrations, and implementations. He has been awarded two U.S. patents for his design work. He received his undergraduate (BSCom) and MBA (2023) from the Leavey School of Business. He enjoys vacationing with his family in Maui and is an avid photographer.
Tim is the Head of Private Markets for State Street Alpha and Charles River Development, and is a versatile professional with over 25 years of experience helping start-ups and public companies across Financial Services, Asset Management, Artificial Intelligence, GPS, and Wireless industries. Tim’s leadership experience spans General Management, Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations, which included co-founding Mercatus, an Investment Management software company, which he started after earning his MBA from Santa Clara in 2008 and later selling to State Street. He also earned his undergraduate degree in 1996 from Santa Clara. Tim is a musician (plays the trombone) and an avid Martial Artist (third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do).
Dan gives entrepreneurs and managers the tools and talent to become transformational leaders. Over the nearly four decades he has been with Vector Marketing/Cutco Cutlery (now as Western Region Manager), he has mentored thousands of young people. He has created and built a Top 1% podcast, hosts a Mastermind Group of top achievers in Silicon Valley from various walks of life, and has been a frequent guest speaker at several Bay Area Universities. Dan graduated from SCU in 1992 and is on the Board of Reading Partners Silicon Valley.
Caroline has over 30 years of experience in the higher education industry and non-profit fundraising. She is an advancement services expert who leads product strategy for UC Innovation (now part of Kindsight), where she is the Vice President of Product Evangelism. Caroline serves on several industry boards and earned her Santa Clara MBA in 1994.
Isil has spent more than two decades with Agilent Technologies, where she is currently the Director of Marketing Research and Strategy. She received her MBA from Santa Clara (2006) and a Master of Science in Marketing Research from Southern Illinois University. She speaks four languages (English, French, Spanish, and Turkish). Isil is a strategic consultant and visionary leader who has developed and executed strategic frameworks that drive growth and innovation across various market segments, including Biopharma, Digital Lab, Oncology, and Infectious Disease. Isil is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Marketing Association and Women in Research.
Amy is President/owner of ABI Group, an M&A broker / intermediary serving privately held companies. Her 35-year progressive career includes executive roles in both private and public firms focused on successful deal making, business sales, exit planning, valuations, strategic marketing, and growth consulting. She is active in key industry organizations: WPO, HWI, the M&A Source and Provisors, and speaks publicly as well as course instruction. A competitive gymnast while at Concordia College (BA), she studied psychology at Antioch University and earned an MBA from SCU in 2002. She has served on three other non-profit boards and is passionate about community service, hiking, travel, and golf. Amy and her husband Chris have raised three young men, all active in their careers.
Josh Fradenburg is a product marketing manager at Meta, with previous experience at Brightside, Apple, and eBay. He has extensive experience building sophisticated marketing strategies by translating customer insights and competitive analysis into differentiated value propositions, positioning statements, and resonant messaging. His track record with Fortune 500 and startup firms demonstrates expertise in identifying whitespace opportunities and building the teams and processes to establish defendable competitive advantages. Josh has also been coaching youth sports for many years and regularly leading his teams to championship and tournament-level games. He has an undergraduate degree in business from Cal State East Bay and an MBA (2012) from Santa Clara University.
Kyle Harvey is a Region President for Flex Technology Group, bringing over a decade of experience in managed print services (MPS), SaaS, and business technology. In his current role, Kyle manages three businesses (Caltronics Business Systems, Shamrock Office Solutions, and Ultrex Business Products) within Flex Technology Group, the largest independently owned MPS provider in the nation. Kyle is responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, employee growth and development, and overall leadership for his region. Kyle credits the Leavey School of Business with providing him with the baseline education, skills, and internship opportunities to jumpstart his business career.
Tanner Lund graduated from SCU in 2007 and received his MBA from Cornell (2012). He has spent over 15 years in the investment business. Tanner began his career consulting institutional investors in private equity, and today, he is a Managing Director with Jasper Ridge Partners, a discretionary investment management firm serving prominent families, foundations, and global institutions, where he is focused on private equity primary fund and co-investing. He is married to a fellow SCU 2007 graduate with two kids. He enjoys all things outdoors in his free time and is a helicopter pilot.
Samantha is a Santa Clara alum (2017) with an MBA (2022) from the University of Chicago. She is currently an Associate in McKinsey's Transformation practice and previously worked at Apple and GoDaddy, where she drove change management initiatives for global finance and transformation projects. When she's not working, Sam is an avid reader and social Latin dancer.
Todd joined Intel as Vice President of Corporate Development Integration in September 2022. He is an expert in M&A, strategy, and business operations with over 18 years of experience in Corporate Development, delivering deals with a total value of approximately $55B and cost synergies of $5B across Cisco, HP, Symantec, Marvell, and various consulting clientele. Todd has also been instrumental in Post-Merger Integration, from creating Integration Management Office playbooks and aligning integration deliverables to building an Employee Experience for onboarding acquired employees, driving top-line growth, and capturing cost synergies. Todd received his MBA (2004) from Santa Clara University and was an adjunct lecturer at the Leavey School of Business for 12 years. He previously received a BA from Stanford University.
Dawn is a mom to two successful and happy adult children. She loves traveling, visiting her kids, hiking, camping, and listening to books. Professionally, Dawn is an experienced, award-winning sales executive and leader with a demonstrated history of generating revenue and exceeding sales quotas in technology solutions. She has deep skills in partner and customer relationship management and solutions selling in storage, systems, networking, software, and professional services to enterprise organizations for achieving mission-critical objectives. She enjoys assisting others with their career objectives and mentoring. Dawn is Global Director of Sales at Sycomp, serves on the board of Presentation High School, and earned her MBA from Santa Clara (2021).
Nilofer spent over 25 years leading technology companies (Apple, Autodesk, GoLive/Adobe) and personally launched over 100 products and services, netting $18 billion in revenues. She is ranked as one of the most influential management thinkers in the world (one of her TED talks has been referenced 300 million times). She has published three books on collaborative management and is co-founder of The Intangible Labs. She received her SCU MBA in 2000.
Anne is an experienced, dedicated professional who develops high-performing teams through direct, transparent sharing of information and goals. She started her career in corporate dining services with Aramark (6 years) and then spent a dozen years with Compass Group. Anne then moved to Johnson Controls in Integrated Facility Management before going back into corporate dining with Guckenheimer, where she is now the Chief Operating Officer for Guckenheimer ISS. Anne earned her MBA from SCU in 2023.
Kelsey has been with Apple for over a decade, starting in finance before moving to the music division. There, she’s been involved in product and strategy since the inception of Apple Music and now serves as the Senior Manager for Apple Music Editorial Product. Kelsey is also an artist and graphic designer specializing in custom wedding and event signage through her company Roe Paper Co. Kelsey enjoys many activities in her free time, such as skiing, hiking, and live music. Kelsey is surrounded by Broncos, with both her and her husband graduating from Santa Clara (2015), in addition to her grandfather (1964), sister (2017), and brother (2020).
Sara is passionate about turning ideas into impactful, profitable businesses that serve the planet, people, and pets. She is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Petszel, supporting new pet parents post-adoption from shelters and rescues. With over two decades of experience in market research, finance, operations, and product development, Sara has held roles in startups and large public companies. She has worked in product at Cisco and Seagate and in market research at West Marine.
Ed received his MBA from SCU in 1968 and has been a member of the LSB Advisory Board since 2005. He retired as Amdahl’s CFO and has since made a career as a board director and Audit Committee Chair for Sonicwall, Aviat Networks, Xbridge Systems, Glovia International, InnoPath Software, ReachLocal Inc., ShoreTel, Entefy, and various Fujitsu subsidiaries. He irregularly shoots his age in golf.
Amy is the Senior Manager for Amazon’s Prime Air (Drone Delivery). She brings over 20 years of leadership experience, seamlessly bridging the worlds of military, government, boardrooms, and tech to drive sustainable operational excellence. She is well-regarded for translating complex concepts and real-world experiences into actionable strategies and measurable results. Amy has served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, been part of the Blue Angels, been elected to the Pacific Grove City Council, served as a Policy Board Director for Central Coast Community Energy, worked with Amazon Web Services, and is the Trustee Vice Chair for All Saints Day School (Carmel Valley).
Erica is a triple Bronco with a BCom (2005), MBA (2015), and JD (2019), all from Santa Clara University, in addition to a MPA (2017) from UC Berkeley. Her non-traditional journey in the Construction Industry began in Project Management & Cost Estimating with Devcon Construction, DRP Construction, Rosendin Electric, and Cupertino Electric. While attending the Executive MBA Program, Erica opened her own consulting company and after close to decade assumed her current role as the Political and Communications Director of UA Local 393. She is the only female political director in the United States, Canada, and Australia in the United Association. She represents over 3,100 Plumbers, Pipefitters, Steamfitters and HVAC/R Technicians within Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. With a diverse background in construction operations, labor relations and legal background, Erica spearheads government relations and policy change at a local, state, and federal level. She was recently recognized as one of Silicon Valley's Top 100 Powerful Women for her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to advancing the lives of working families. In her spare time Erica hikes, bikes, does yoga, works with Domestic Violence survivors, and works with a few consulting clients.
Patricia is the managing partner and VP of sales for MORE Sales Advisors, which offers consulting services to firms looking to accelerate their sales results. Patricia serves companies as a board member, Fractional CRO, advisor, and consultant to assist them in their growth journey. She’s authored two well-regarded and best-selling books (Land and EXPAND – 6 Simple Strategies and Driving MORE Sales - 12 Essential Elements). She has held senior sales leadership positions with such companies as Genesys, INAP, Avaya, HP, and NCR Corporation. Patricia has served on public and private company boards, as well as on the advisory boards of several startups, and is on the Private Directors Association’s Executive Committee. Patricia loves to travel, enjoys golf, and has three holes in one. She graduated from the University of Texas, Austin (BBA) and earned her MBA (2000) from Santa Clara University.
Mark has led marketing for over 35 years at startup and public tech companies in the cloud, networking, and cybersecurity markets. Through that work, he helped lead multiple successful outcomes via acquisition and IPO. He currently serves on the board of two local not-for-profit organizations (Bill Wilson Center and Martha’s Kitchen) and spent many years on the LSB Advisory Board. Mark remains involved with LSB as a longtime adjunct faculty member and with SCU through additional advisory roles. He received his MBA from LSB in 1992.
