Sustainability Liaison Network

The Center for Sustainability hosts a campus-wide program called the Sustainability Liaison Network where individuals from specific areas of University work/life can convene in cohorts to increase their knowledge and integration of sustainability on campus and in our world. These liaison groups exist for Community Facilitators, SCU employees (Workplace), Student Club leaders (SCOOPS), off-campus students (LOCALS), faculty members, and student workers.

The Sustainability Liaison Network is a resource and collaborative space for people who are interested in working/living more sustainably in their life on and off campus. Gathering with others who may share similar triumphs, challenges, and values can allow for more learning, progress, and community. The liaisons meet in their respective cohorts once a month and also have the option for participating in network-wide gatherings (all liaisons interacting with one another). The Sustainability Liaison Network has provided more opportunities for collaboration and communication between the Center for Sustainability and liaisons’ respective areas on campus. The liaisons continue to increase overall campus engagement in sustainability by building upon their own social networks, both online and in real life.

Join the network! Contact sustainability@scu.edu to get involved in any of the Liaison groups below.
