Administrative Associate

Under the general direction of the Vice Provost for Student Life, the Administrative Associate provides comprehensive executive-level administrative and operational support for the Office of Vice Provost for Student Life. Serving as the primary administrative contact for the office, this position manages complex scheduling, communications, financial and administrative processes, event coordination, and office operations while handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. This position is a full-time, fully in-person position.

 

Assistant Director for Membership and Operations

The Assistant Director for Membership and Operations reports to the Director of Recreation and functions on the senior management team of Campus Recreation. The Assistant Director is administratively and programmatically responsible for  implementing, promoting, directing, evaluating, and executing the daily operations of the Pat Malley Fitness and Recreation Center (Malley Center) including the Malley Center front desk and weight room service desk areas serving students, faculty, staff, alumni and university guests. The Assistant Director has leadership and decision-making responsibility for developing, and mentoring student staff work teams and proactively interacts with campus constituencies, third-party vendors, and other service providers.

Program Director of Immersions

The Program Director of Immersions administers the Ignatian Center’s immersion programs in collaboration with center leadership, managing overall logistical preparations and student leadership opportunities. For specific immersion trips assigned by the Senior Program Director of Immersions (SPDI), the Program Director serves as the principal director responsible for end-to-end management, including preparation, content, risk management, travel, and follow-up. Additionally, this full-time role includes periodic trip accompaniment and fellowship program support, reporting directly to the SPDI within the Ignatian Center for Jesuit Education as part of the Division of Mission and Ministry.
