Looking for support, guidance, or encouragement in making positive changes? Through Wellness Coaching, you’ll have a collaborative space to explore your goals and create a plan that works for you. Sessions are held with Jason Muñoz, Assistant Director for Substance Use and Recovery Programs.
Wellness Coaching is grounded in respect for the unique circumstances of each individual, and the recognition that there is no “one size fits all” solution to life’s challenges. Students can expect to work in a collaborative 1:1 environment, where they co-create plans for achieving, maintaining, and revisiting their goals.
Common topics students receive coaching on are:
- Balancing priorities (academics, work, and personal life)
- Time management & procrastination
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Substance use habits
- Adjusting sleep schedules
- Navigating social situations and relationships
- Exploring future plans (career, graduate school, and personal growth)
- And any other area of life you’d like to focus on
