Director of Research Compliance and Integrity
Esther is responsible for establishing a research compliance infrastructure which supports the research enterprise at Santa Clara University. The office provides guidance to SCU Community involving Human subjects (IRB), Animal Care & Use (IACUC), Biosafety (IBC), and Radiation Safety to ensure compliance with respective SCU Assurances with regulatory agencies. Guidance also provided in the areas of Export Control and Intellectual Property.
