Director, Faculty Personnel
Laurene is the lead faculty personnel officer responsible to manage all aspects of faculty personnel policies and procedures, including appointment, tenure and promotion, salary budgeting and resource planning, sponsorship of foreign nationals, Workday faculty processes and faculty housing support programs.
Before joining the Provost's Office, Laurene served as Corporate Benefits Manager at Ultratech Stepper, and Human Resources Representative at Questar Inc., both hi-tech companies in Silicon Valley.
Laurene earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
