Learning opportunities
- HR offers a variety of workshops on financial planning, medicare, Social Security, and more
- The Alumni office offers a virtual book club for SCU alumni, faculty, staff, and friends.
- The Alumni Center offers information about taking classes, volunteer opportunities, second act careers, and more.
- The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Santa Clara University (OLLI@SCU) focuses on continuing education for adults 50+. Retired faculty are invited to become members (retired faculty may claim a free membership for one year, to be redeemed within the first two years of retirement) and take courses tailored specifically for our membership, and to offer their services as OLLI instructors. OLLI provides an opportunity for staying engaged and remaining curious about the world around you. The OLLI program can be reached at (408) 554-2382. Social opportunities
- The Alumni Travel Program provides opportunities to connect with alumni, parents, and friends of SCU through trips which are enriched by the expertise of SCU faculty and staff.
- Bronco Exchange is an engagment platform where current and former Broncos can connect with one another and share job opportunities, advice, and more.
Spiritual and service opportunities
- A variety of spiritual opportunities are available on and off campus--learn more here .
- The Alumni for Others program allows alumni, family, and friends to work together on service projects in the community.

- The Human Resources Department coordinates individual pre-retirement financial counseling. They can be contacted at 408-554-4392.
