Notes on Retiree ACCESS Cards
It is the responsibility of the retiring employee to request the Retiree ACCESS card from the Access Office.
Any remaining balance on the Flex account at the time of retirement may be transferred to the new Faculty Retiree or Emeritus/a ACCESS card.
For security reasons, ACCESS cards expire after two years. All card holders are contacted by phone prior to the expiration date and can request a two year extension.
Swiping a card at the gym will deactivate the card for one half hour. This may temporarily prevent entry to the tennis courts. If you have trouble with your ACCESS card call the ACCESS office at 408-551-1647.
