Molly McDonald, JD '95, is the President's Chief of Staff and serves as a strategic and trusted advisor to the President. She advances the President’s vision and goals, guides the development and execution of strategic priorities, and leads key initiatives. Molly also builds capacity within the executive leadership team, leads crisis management efforts, and manages the Office of the President. She oversees executive communications, serves as Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees, and engages with internal and external constituencies on behalf of the President.
