Lai-San is the Manager, Technology Support Services. She manages the day-to-day operation of the Technology Help Desk, Field Support Group and the Applied Technology Group. The Applied Technology Group researchers and tests new technology for campus and provides technical support for the campus community. She also manages the PC Replacement Project. Lai-San is located in the Learning Commons.
