Louis Liang (he/him) is excited to join Santa Clara University as the Director of Procurement, where he will oversee cost savings, strategic sourcing, streamlined operations, sustainability initiatives, vendor diversity, and procurement leadership. With over 15+ years of experience in the technology and pharmaceutical industries, Louis brings a wealth of expertise in procurement, contract management, and compliance with policies and regulations. As a Certified Purchasing Professional Manager (CPPM), Louis is dedicated to fostering collaboration across departments and leveraging innovative strategies to support the University's mission and goals. Louis holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from SJSU and enjoys spending time with family and friends, sports, traveling, photography, and volunteering -- including 5 years of service at Stevens Creek Fire Department as a volunteer Firefighter.
