Poster Printing:

*Poster printing is for academic and co-curricular activities. Copyrighted images cannot be reproduced.

Files for posters may be submitted via the Poster Printing Online Form.

  • Posters can be printed from files generated in PowerPoint and graphic software applications such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Poster size should be set in the software before creating the image.
  • Poster sizes are determined by paper widths which are 17", 24", 36", and 42". Length can be any size.
  • Cost of a 36" x 48" poster is $25. Other sizes are prorated at $0.015 per square inch. Please provide a budget number or pay cash upon pickup.

Digital Signage:

Files may be uploaded using the Digital Signage Submission Form.

  • Media formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, PPT (PowerPoint), MP4 (video files), and URL links
  • Image requirements:
    • In PowerPoint, dimensions should be set to 26.6” x 15” under Page > Setup > Custom for best results.*
    • For graphic files such as Photoshop or Illustrator, page size must be 1920px x 1080px.*
      * For vertical displays, such as those in the Learning Commons, swap the dimensions.
    • Text size should be at least 30 points.
    • ADA statement must be included and clearly readable:
      “In compliance with the ADA/504 please direct your accommodation requests to (name) at (telephone) or (email address) at least 72 hours prior to the event.”
  • Event description must be concise and no more than 2-3 sentences. Don’t overload with unnecessary information. The goal of digital signage is to quickly and clearly communicate critical information.
  • Events are displayed for 2 weeks. New graphics should be provided for promotions longer than two weeks.

Scanning:

Scanning of oversized documents to create digital files (PNG, JPG, PDF) is available.
