Annie was previously at UC Berkeley as Service Lead for Classroom Technology Support and Instructional Equipment Checkout Services. She was responsible for overseeing classroom technology usage, maintenance and upgrade of 220 technology enabled classrooms, and managed the pool of AV equipment for campus checkout. She was also responsible for general department triage, urgent classroom support, and classroom equipment maintenance. Prior to that, Annie was a Classroom Support Specialist at UC Merced for five years with similar duties.
