Continuous Employee Listening Gets Boost From Qualtrics
Qualtrics is introducing new features to its employee listening platform. The new features include advanced text analytics, which uses AI to analyze open-ended feedback, and a dashboard that provides real-time insights and trends.
Irina Raicu, director of the internet ethics program at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, Santa Clara University, commented, "If you're trying to understand how your employees feel, there might be better ways to do that," she believes the best way to learn what employees think is by "asking people directly for their input" or using apps that anonymize their feedback.
