Senior Vice President, Legal & Deputy General Counsel

Tara Seracka is Senior Vice President, Legal & Deputy General Counsel for Cisco Systems, Inc. Prior to this role, Seracka led the Enterprise Networking & Cloud Legal team and was General Counsel of Meraki (acquired by Cisco).

Tara Seracka is Senior Vice President, Legal & Deputy General Counsel for Cisco Systems, Inc. Prior to this role, Seracka led the Enterprise Networking & Cloud Legal team and was General Counsel of Meraki (acquired by Cisco). Before joining Meraki in 2015, Seracka worked in private practice as a finance and technology attorney at the international law firms of Orrick and Perkins Coie.  Seracka serves on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank and currently chairs the Food Bank’s Development Committee. Seracka attended Santa Clara University, earned her law degree from Boston College Law School and holds a CIPP/E certification.
