Ariella Gould Klein, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist completing her 2nd year at Santa Clara University as a postdoctoral fellow. Ariella studied clinical psychology at the Wright Institute in Berkeley and completed a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Applied Psychology at UC Santa Barbara. During her clinical training, Ariella has practiced individual and couples therapy at Woodside High School, The Wright Institute Clinic, Holy Names University CAPS and UC Berkeley CAPS, and administered psychological assessment to adults and adolescents at Fremont Hospital. She also has experience as a Clinical Recruiter, working with large and small mental health tech companies based out of the Bay Area. As a therapist, Ariella uses psychodynamic, relational, attachment and solutions-focused approaches to treatment. Her clinical interests include attachment, relational difficulties, trauma and identity formation. She approaches her patients with curiosity, warmth and collaboration, always considering their entire social and cultural contexts and how they play into each individual's psychology in their own nuanced and unique ways. Ariella currently provides both individual and group therapy sessions, in addition to administering psychological assessments.
