Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Rachael Negron, M.A. is a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at the PGSP Stanford PsyD Consortium and completed her B.A. in Psychology at UC Berkeley. During her clinical training, she has supported individuals and families in community mental health settings like The Gronowski Center and First Hope and college settings like Santa Rose Junior College. Rachael utilizes an integrative and collaborative approach drawing on interventions based in psychodynamic, attachment, somatic, compassion focused and behavioral therapies. She has previously supported clients with concerns about their mood (anxiety, depression, panic disorders), identity exploration and development, productivity/goals and self-judgement, trauma, interpersonal relationships, thoughts of self-injury or suicide, and emerging symptoms of psychosis. Rachael is interested in supporting fellow first-gen college students as they navigate their university experience and is passionate about advocating for equitable access to resources and information. She believes that the experience of feeling "seen" is both the healing power and the challenge of therapy. Embracing this challenge, Rachael hopes to provide a space that feels collaborative and safe as you pursue your therapeutic goals.
