Student Employment

Did you know Campus Recreation employs over 200 students annually?

Our student staff manages the day-to-day operations of the Malley Center Front Desk, Weight Room, and Pool (Sullivan Aquatic Center). Our Intramural Sports program is supervised by two student coordinators & has up to 50 intramural sports officials and supervisors. In addition, students work our summer camp both in the camp office and out on the field & court. There is room for advancement in all our positions as students are promoted to Facility Supervisor roles, or become one of the fourteen (14) student coordinator positions helping with administering the entire Campus Recreation program.

Staff Parties

Campus Recreation hosts two annual staff parties where everyone enjoys free food, awards, raffle prizes, and trivia!

At the end of the fall quarter event in December, staff members compete for the best-dressed in the holiday spirit.

Staff Champs

Each quarter, Campus Recreation appreciates the work of its students by awarding Staff Champs! Students get a gift from the bookstore and a Staff Champ long-sleeve shirt. When you see someone in this shirt, congratulate them for all that they do! :)
