Reporting to the Senior Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration, The Director of Assessment, Accreditation, and Analytics at the Leavey School of Business will oversee a broad range of responsibilities including accreditation, assessment, data analytics, and course planning. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity of data and effectiveness of institutional practices related to strategic planning, accreditation, policy formulation, and academic programming.

Director of Assessment, Accreditation, and Analytics

Under supervision of the Enrollment Services Manager, this position is responsible for providing superior customer service in a “One Stop” atmosphere, to undergraduate and graduate students and their families at the front counter, on the phone and through email. The position will be cross-trained to assist students with bursar, financial aid and registrar-related transactions and will be called upon to use independent judgment to advise and resolve student issues in each of the above areas.

Enrollment Services Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Storytelling, the Assistant Director of Storytelling is responsible for creating compelling and strategic digital content that highlights the unique people and differentiators of Santa Clara University. The University Marketing and Communications (UMC) Division is tasked with strategically communicating SCU's differentiation and brand across channels that include social media, web, earned media, the alumni magazine, and other digital and print platforms, as well as increasing the University's brand visibility, enhancing its reputation, and communicating its differentiation and value among our key audiences.
