The Director of Career Development will guide students and alumni in job search strategies; develop and market career exploration, networking, job application and interview preparation programming, and create and revise professional development resources. The Director will help lead the School of Law’s strategic efforts to identify, outreach to, build and maintain lasting relationships with potential and current employers, particularly in Silicon Valley, but also beyond. The Director also will have principal responsibility for the Office of Career Management’s (OCM’s) efforts to support the School of Law’s student organizations with their professional development programming and events.

As a High Performance Computing (HPC) Systems Administrator, as part of the team supporting the SCU High Performance Computing environment, you will play a pivotal role in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HPC systems within the academic environment. Working closely with researchers, faculty, and IT professionals, you will ensure the smooth operation of our computational infrastructure, enabling cutting-edge research and academic excellence. You will work closely with the SCU architectural leaders and systems administrators to provide systems automation, DevOps, and user support for research computing. You will collaborate with SCU researchers and scientists to advance cutting-edge research projects by enabling and optimizing their application pipelines for AI, Data Science. and graphics GPU processing. You will maintain and expand the existing HPC cluster and parallel storage systems as necessary.

Under the general guidance of the Manager of Benefits, the Senior Benefits Specialist is part of a team of Specialists that are responsible for the administration of the University’s benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts,  life insurance, and retirement. This position has an emphasis on retirement plan administration:  ensuring compliance with plan documents and applicable rules and regulations, monitoring trends and emerging legislation, and recommending plan and process improvement.
