Athletic Trainer
The Assistant Director of Sports Medicine is responsible for assisting in the developing, coordinating, and administering of all aspects of a Division I sports medicine program that serves approximately 425 intercollegiate student athletes. This includes administrative duties as well as any and all aspects relative to provide comprehensive, evidenced-based health care to SCU student-athletes. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a working relationship with student health services, team physicians, physical therapists, other health care professionals, coaches and parents of student athletes. The person in this position is responsible for abiding by all WCC and NCAA regulations and assisting to ensure departmental compliance.
Senior Assistant Director for New Student and Parent Programs
The Senior Assistant Director for New Student and Parent Programs provides institutional leadership and support for New Student Orientation and Parent Programs. The Senior Assistant Director will create, plan, oversee and implement all orientation programs including Orientation for new students and parents as well as Welcome Weekend. The Senior Assistant Director will also coordinate all aspects of Family Weekend as well as new student and parent programs in collaboration with campus partners.
Head of Instruction Services
The Head of Instruction Services leads Santa Clara University Library’s information literacy program, including envisioning goals, setting priorities, and directing implementation. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Learning & Engagement, this role directly supervises a team of three in the Instruction Services department, and coordinates the work of teaching staff across the library to advance program level information literacy priorities. This role also monitors the professional landscape for emerging areas of instruction focus and engages library staff and related stakeholders in discussions around how to respond to those trends or opportunities.
