Dear Students,
Today is a great day to be a Bronco! A warm welcome to the Santa Clara community. After being apart for 18-months, it is a great pleasure to welcome all new and returning students to the start of the new academic year.
As you settle into classes, explore the campus and meet fellow students, please extend the spirit of SCU to everyone you meet. Each of us has an important role to play in keeping our community safe from COVID. Wear a mask, complete your weekly testing and make good choices when you are on and off campus.
The campus is abuzz with activity and I hope that you will immerse yourself in all that SCU has to offer. To launch the new year, let me highlight a few upcoming events and encourage your participation:
The Fall Student Involvement Fair kicks off today and runs through Thursday, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day. Head to the lawn area adjacent to Benson Memorial Center to learn more about more than 140 student organizations.
Join the Multicultural Center at their fall Open House on Wednesday, September 22 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the newly renovated Shapell Lounge, located across from the Bronco Corner bookstore.
