Santa Clara University has selected EthicsPoint to provide you with simple, risk-free ways anonymously and confidentially to report activities that may involve criminal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in violation of the University's policies. Reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be handled promptly, discreetly and confidentially. Reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be given careful attention by SCU with the objective of correcting the situation being reported, once the facts have been corroborated. Once reported, you are encouraged to return to this site within 10 business days to check the status of your report or respond to requests for further information.
Responsible Employees should NOT use this form to make a required referral.
The Title IX Coordinator can take specific actions to prevent discrimination and ensure equal access to educational and job related programs and activities. Students and employees are protected from discrimination based on pregnancy, childbirth, termination of pregnancy, lactation, related conditions, and recovery. Please fill out this form to request assistance and/or modifications for any pregnancy and parenting related needs. After submitting this report, an EO/Title IX staff member will reach out to you to set up an initial meeting and to discuss next steps. Please contact the Interim Director of Equal Opportunity and Title IX, Brandi Williams, at bwilliams2@scu.edu if you have any questions or concerns.
Responsible employees are required to share all details of any alleged discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, and sexual misconduct that is reported to them, that they observe, or that they otherwise have knowledge of. Santa Clara University employees are almost always responsible employees with respect to the entire SCU community, with the exception of those designated as confidential. Failure of a responsible employee to report an incident of harassment or discrimination of which they become aware is a violation of University Equal Opportunity and Title IX Policies, and the employee can be subject to disciplinary action for failure to comply.
