The charge of the Non-Academic Administrative Structure Working Group is to review the current organizational structures within all major non-academic administrative units of the University with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness. The Group will utilize data schools of the University with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness, and then make recommendations for any proposed changes in staffing levels, use of staff, and organizational structure.
