What do you do in your role at the Center? I am excited to be a part of the Center for Sustainability to promote sustainable living on campus. I am looking forward to meeting more people and being introduced to more organizations and initiatives on campus that are also passionate about the environment. I am also very excited to be a part of a team of dedicated and motivated individuals with the same interests as me!
What is your favorite part about being on the team? My favorite part about working for the Center for Sustainability is the group of people I work with. I am inspired everyday by my student peers and the professional staff to work harder to be a better sustainability advocate and an overall version of myself. I have learned so much from the professional staff, who have all been great mentors to me through my job and outside of it.
What extra/co-curricular activities are you involved in on campus? I am the Treasurer and Executive Board member of the Finance and Technology Student Association (FTSA), a member of the Real Estate Association, a member of the Finance Association, as well as a Peer Advisor for the Leavey School of Business. I am also a member of off-campus Greek Life.
Other passions, hobbies, fun facts, or anything else you want to share? I enjoy practicing hot yoga, going on walks (especially to the Rose Gardens), listening to music, and hanging out with friends! I am the happiest on the beach and in the ocean, and I am very passionate about social justice and activism!
