What do you do in your role at the Center? I oversee the Center for Sustainability’s brand through digital content via multiple social media platforms to promote and showcase our programs and annual campaigns, as well as further educate the SCU community about sustainability topics.
What is your favorite part about being on the team? I am excited for any of the Forge Garden events, the EcoFashion Show, and Bucky’s Closet!
What extra/co-curricular activities are you involved in on campus? I am currently in residence life at SCU as a Neighborhood Representative (NR) for the University Villas, as well as the Marketing Director for the Activities Programming Board (APB). I am also the PR and Marketing Director for the Multicultural Center (MCC) at SCU, as well as, an avid member of the Korean Student Association (KSA), Vietnamese Student Association (VSA), and Barkada.
Other passions, hobbies, fun facts, or anything else you want to share? In my free time, I love to go thrifting and resell second-hand clothing, crochet, play the guitar, and go on long walks to explore the greater Santa Clara area! I am currently on the hunt for the best matcha powders and chai concentrates to use, as well as experimenting with different cooking and baking recipes! Back at home, I love to swim in the lake near my house, or go to the Oregon coast to hike, crab or clam, and the occasional swim (brrrr)!
