Application Fee
All non-SCU and non-degree seeking SCU students must pay a non-refundable $80 application fee.
Late Payment Fee
A $100 late payment fee and a hold that prevents registration and/or enrollment changes will be assessed to the student for every month the balance remains unpaid.

Dewar Tuition Insurance Plan
Santa Clara has partnered with A.W.G. Dewar, Inc., to provide protection from loss of funds paid toward tuition should you need to withdraw from school for diagnosed medical or mental health reasons. Students are not automatically enrolled in the Tuition Insurance Plan during Summer Sessions. For information regarding Tuition Insurance for Summer Sessions, please contact Dewar directly at 617-774-1555 or trp@dewarinsurance.com, and they will assist with plan enrollment. You must contact Dewar prior to the first day of the Summer Session in which you are enrolled to purchase the Tuition Insurance.
