New LED Lights on the Malley Center Basketball Courts
Recently, Janice DeMonsi and Clarissa Yaw of Campus Recreation were recognized on SCU's Past Projects for the successful implementation of energy-efficient LED lighting over all of the basketball courts in the Malley Center. The project was completed in Summer 2016 and is "anticipated to reduce the facility’s energy consumption by 25%--amounting to $56,523 in savings over 5 years."
