Hello Broncos! Happy Spring Quarter. We have 22 competitive Club Sport teams at SCU that compete locally, regionally, and nationally against other universities. Each month during the academic year, we ask them to report what they have been up to, and those that submit information will be sent out in this monthly e-mail. Not every Club Sport will report each month.

If they win, they will have the opportunity to compete in the finals for a chance to make it to Nationals. We thank you all for the love and support during the season. MEN'S CLUB VOLLEYBALL
The SCU Men’s Volleyball team just completed their season as back to back league champions! The team went 12-3 on league play and defeated a tough Chico State team in a 5-set thriller Saturday to move on to Sunday. After losing the first set, the Broncos came back to win the next three and beat top-ranked Cal Poly to move on to the league championship. Facing a tough UC Davis team, the Broncos took control early and with big contributions from all members of the team, took the conference title in straight sets to win their second championship title in a row. Several members of the team were recognized with All-Conference honors. Freshmen Cade Morgan and Jack Maier, along with Sophomore Alex Marquez earned All-Conference Honorable Mentions. Sophomore Justin Odo earned Second-Team and super senior Ben Airola collected First-Team honors. Senior Kawai Hong three-peated as All Conference MVP and earned his second straight League Championship Tournament MVP. The Broncos, ranked 7th in the nation, head to Kansas City on April 17th to compete at the NCVF Nationals. Follow us @scumensvolleyball as we compete for a National Championship!
