Dear Colleagues:

In today’s collective bargaining session, the University shared its revised compensation proposal with the faculty bargaining team. The faculty team then took time in caucus to discuss the proposal. The parties agreed to meet again on February 1 to continue our progress toward a mutually agreeable contract.
