Dear Colleagues:
In today’s collective bargaining session, the administration’s bargaining team presented two counter offers on compensation and on performance evaluation. The parties had a detailed discussion regarding faculty evaluation processes. After bargaining concluded, the faculty bargaining team shared a counter proposal on housing.
The next bargaining session is scheduled for March 7. We look forward to continuing our progress toward a mutually agreeable contract. You can find current information regarding the negotiations on our bargaining website.
