I am writing with an update on the search process for the next President of Santa Clara University. The Search Committee is grateful to the many members of the SCU community who participated in the various listening sessions held over the past weeks and the survey that was circulated, as well as to our colleagues from WittKieffer who managed the sessions and the survey. Based on the feedback we received, we have now finalized the Presidential Leadership Profile available here. 

We invite you to share the Leadership Profile across your networks, as well as to nominate outstanding leaders who might be promising candidates. Names may be submitted directly to WittKieffer at SantaClaraPresident@wittkieffer.com. At this point, the search process will involve a period of active recruitment until the beginning of December. We will continue to provide updates in the weeks ahead as the search progresses.
