- Multicultural Welcome Reception
This annual welcome reception is a celebration that welcomes BIPOC and LGBTQ+ first-year and transfer students to SCU. This event is a great opportunity to meet current students, faculty, and staff who can provide more information about cultural programs, activities, and resources on campus. - Heritage Months
OML collaborates with various student organizations and departments across campus to host a series of events to celebrate Chicanx/Latinx Heritage Month (September/October), Native American Heritage Month (November), Black History Month (February), National Arab American Heritage Month (April) and Asian Pacific Islander South Asian American Heritage Month (May).
- Multicultural Recognition Ceremonies
OML coordinates a series of recognition ceremonies to celebrate the accomplishments of graduating students of color and LGBTQIA+ students. Graduating students are invited to participate in these unique celebrations with their families and friends.
