University Villas

The University Villas are located on five acres across from Stephen Schott Stadium and the main campus, this gated community includes parking, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces such as volleyball nets situated in grassy courtyards, numerous grilling stations and outdoor seating for dining & relaxing. The University Villas features 138 townhouse units for SCU junior and senior undergraduate students. The townhouses are all equipped with gourmet kitchens that feature granite counters, stainless appliances, and cheery cabinets. All of the apartments are fully furnished and the student beds are full-sized.
