Neighborhood Units

We are excited to offer Juniors & Seniors a unique housing option!

Are you interested in a student housing option that offers many of the same conveniences of living within traditional on-campus residence halls? Conveniences such as an all inclusive quarterly housing bill which includes most utilities (internet & cable excluded), timely & thorough responses to maintenance issues, and greater connection to the University campus community all while living within the neighborhood which surrounds campus? If so, learn more about the various Neighborhood Units and the application process. 

The following list below is the full list of properties available for the 2023-2024 academic year. Use this information to complete the "housing preference" section of your housing application. Those who received a Neighborhood Unit confirmation for the 2022-2023 academic year will be given priority.

Students who are offered a Neighborhood Unit space will need to complete the OCHO requirement.

Students who completed the OCHO series during previous years do not need to attend these sessions. Verify your attendance through the Off Campus Living office by either stopping by 862 Market St. (across from Dunne) or email neighborhoodambassadors@scu.edu
