Having an issue with your laundry? Where do you live?

Students living in the residence halls can submit a service quest through the CSC Service Request Portal or submit a routine work order request through your Housing Portal.

You must have the Machine ID (ex.DFG-345) to submit your request.

If you need to request a refund, please contact the ACCESS Card Office to credit your FLEX Account. 

 

For laundry machine issues at off campus houses, please submit a work order via your Housing Portal.

For laundry machine issues at University Villas, please submit a work order via your Housing Portal.
