Bioengineering & Neuroscience double major, Class of 2020
I chose this location because I wanted to go to a place I was ignorant about, many of the immersion trips revolved around themes and situations that I've been exposed to throughout life already and the Guyana trip offered something different. I could have that immersive experience that so many others have talked about and grown from. Also because I am trying to fit Bioengineering and Neuroscience double major into four years I was unable to study abroad and with this immersion trip im hoping to have an impactful experience during my time here at SCU.
