Hi! My name is Natalya Salaices and I am from Hayward, CA.

I am a rising Junior double majoring in Public Health and Spanish Studies. My favorite class I've taken at SCU so far has been Cultures and Ideas 1&2 titled, "Decolonial Narratives." We talked about indigenous communities and the black experience in the United States.
A few fun facts about me are:
1: I have a matching tattoo with my best friend! (She has a moon and I have a sun.)
2: My end career goal is to be a cosmetic dermatologist :)
In addition to LEAD, some other organization I am involved in are:
1: I attend USAA (Undocumented Students & Allies) bi-weekly meetings
2: I enjoy going to DISC (Diversity and Inclusion Student Center) and MCC (Multicultural Center) events.
I look forward to meeting all of you!
