The IHRC recently played a crucial role in a landmark hearing addressing climate change and human rights in Brazil. IHRC Deputy Director Britton Schwartz provided an advisory opinion to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, contributing to its ongoing deliberations. Read More.

Comment: In Motorola-Hytera clash global businesses take one step forward, one step back
Law Professor, Tyler Ochoa was quoted in a new publication addressing the decision in Motorola v. Hytera, that focuses on the Seventh Circuit’s decision as it relates to the extraterritorial application of the Copyright Act. Prof. Ochoa stated, “Strategically, this boils down to a pleading problem." Read more.
