Professors Laura Norris and Colleen Chen to speak on United States Patent and Trademark Office panel
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will be hosting a panel with two of HTLI's Co-Directors, Professor Laura Lee Norris and Professor Colleen Chien. The upcoming USPTO panel will discuss issues impacting the intellectual property community and how the USPTO can serve as a catalyst for innovation.
