ABA Data Compliance Officer
Xiaoli (Shelley) Li is the ABA Data Compliance Officer in the Office of Career Management. Joining the team in March 2024, Xiaoli is responsible for the integrity and maintenance of Santa Clara Law’s graduate employment database for compliance with the American Bar Association. She also prepares the OCM’s annual graduate reports for submission to the U.S. News & World Report and the National Association for Law Placement. She earned her doctorate degree from University of Minnesota and worked as a chief engineer and director of risk analytics in a large payment company. She is currently a seminary student.
