I am delighted and inspired to be selected as the first senior diversity officer at Santa Clara University School of Law. 

I know firsthand the potential for our Law School to implement and deliver on our mission of inclusive excellence. I embrace that mission wholeheartedly, and I know that with the full support and resources of the University, the Law School, and faculty, staff and students, that Santa Clara Law will demonstrate positive and tangible results from our collective efforts at ensuring inclusive excellence. 

The OIE website serves as a resource hub to highlight inclusive excellence and the voices, experiences and initiatives that contribute to our vibrant Law School community.
