Wireless Access at JST and GTU: Wireless is available to you throughout the GTU campus. You can install the wireless access to JST yourself, following these instructions for eduroam. The following table indicates where to go for access information at each of the member schools and the GTU library.

MySCU Portal
The MySCU Portal is a central hub from which students can access a variety of services including their SCU Google Workspace (including their SCU Gmail account), Gallagher Student Health, Cowell Health Center, Workday at SCU, and more.
After matriculation, new students will receive an email in their personal email inbox inviting them to claim their SCU username (often the first letter of their first name followed by their last name).
Once their username is claimed and their passwords created, students can log into the MySCU portal using these credentials (username & password).

Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Santa Clara University ensures the security of student, faculty, and staff accounts through the use of Duo MFA. The first time you connect to a program (Google Workspace, Workday @ SCU, etc.) requiring DUO verification, you will be prompted to set up DUO MFA. Click “Duo Mobile” as your verification method and enter your phone number (international phone numbers are acceptable). Then, you will need to download the Duo Mobile App onto your smartphone (available for free via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Once downloaded, open the app and scan the QR code shown on your computer screen. This will add your SCU account to Duo Mobile.

Workday at SCU
Workday is the student record system used at Santa Clara University. Students can access Workday through the MySCU Portal in order to register for classes, access financial aid and billing information, and update their student records.
