Caitlin Toth is passionate about serving others, community involvement, and leading a fulfilling life. Placing high value on education, she graduated from Westview High School as a four year member of honor roll, a National Hispanic Scholar, as well as an AP Scholar with Distinction. She served as president of Bikes for Kids club, which was named “Most Altruistic Club of the Year” in 2017, and raised funds to donate over 1000 bikes to kids in high poverty areas. She is also a member of the National Honor Society, California Scholarship Foundation, and treasurer for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Outside of school, Caitlin gained medical experience volunteering at Scripps Memorial Hospital in the Pre/Post Op General Surgery unit and the Mother and Baby Postpartum unit. She interns in the Med/Surgical/Telemetry unit of Palomar Hospital and serves the visually impaired at the Braille Institute of San Diego. Despite her busy schedule, Caitlin prioritizes her health by staying active playing varsity indoor and beach volleyball. She is extremely grateful for the opportunities that she has been given and looks forward to immersing into the Johnson Scholars and Bronco community.
