OUR MISSION
To initiate, here in the heart of Silicon Valley, an inclusive, ongoing exploration of technology’s impact on human flourishing in all its dimensions

Activating the Jesuit, Catholic heritage of Santa Clara University, Tech and the Human Spirit values:

Human flourishing — across all sectors of society and all dimensions of the human experience: mind (invention, knowledge creation and sharing), body (action, health, safety, resources), and spirit (free will, connection to something larger than self, meaningfulness, dignity).

Innovation — facilitating human interconnection, knowledge sharing, and the creation of revolutionary tools and solutions.

Inquiry — interrogating the status quo, exploring new ideas, asking and the largest questions that can be asked about human existence

To bring together in that exploration a diverse group of voices;

To bring the Jesuit intellectual heritage of inquiry, reflection, collaboration, and intentional action to bear comprehensively on questions of technological innovation;

To help foster technology that supports integral human flourishing in all its dimensions, particularly for the disenfranchised;

To build constituencies of interest in the topic of technology and human flourishing – across sectors of interest and expertise
