The 2023-24 Annual Performance Evaluation has been launched in Workday and the self-evaluation should now be viewable for benefits-eligible, non-union staff, who have completed their introductory period prior to January 1. Guides and resources to complete the performance evaluation may be found in Workday under the Performance App. In addition, we are hosting two one-hour Overview of Performance Evaluations in Workday sessions on Thursday, March 21 at 1:30 pm. and Monday, March 25 at 11:00 a.m. Click on the date to register for the Zoom session.
Reminder!
The performance review process is an opportunity to recognize all the efforts and contributions each of us has made over the last performance period to continue to fulfill the mission of our university. The performance evaluation is meant to be a tool to summarize the previous year, guide conversations between employees and managers and to document successes, share struggles and discuss areas of opportunity and growth, and set goals for the next year. There should be no surprises in the evaluation! Employee goals are available in Workday year-round allowing managers and employees to regularly review progress, provide feedback, and adjust goals and expectations when needed.
Timeline in Workday:
The dates below outline when the evaluation will automatically move forward to the next step in Workday, to ensure timely completion. As one step in the evaluation process is completed, the system will move on to the next step.
