Senior HR Partner
As a Senior HR Partner, Delilah provides coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers in the areas of recruitment and staffing, classification and compensation, and performance management. Delilah joined Santa Clara University in August of 2014.
Prior to joining SCU, Delilah worked for several years in corporate recruiting and has broad-based experience in talent acquisition, payroll, recruiting and as a HR generalist.
