Faculty or Staff International TravelAre you a faculty or staff member traveling abroad individually for research or work? Register Your Faculty/Staff Travel through the 1-Minute Travel Registry. This ensures faculty and staff are covered by SCU’s insurance. Not traveling individually, but planning a program abroad instead? See more about International Travel Proposals on the Global Engagement website. Want to know more about university-sponsored travel? See SCU’s University International Travel Policy. Questions?  Global Engagement Photo ContestThe 2023-24 Global Engagement Photo Contest is now accepting submissions. Enter to win an Away suitcase by the deadline, January 22, 2024. All undergraduate and graduate students who participated in an SCU global program from January 2023- December 2023 and international students are eligible to submit photos. Faculty, staff, and students: Mark your calendars to cast your vote for the photo contest finalists online on January 30, 2024. All students, staff, and faculty are invited to view the photo contest finalists and cast their vote for the winning photos on this day. This will be an asynchronous opportunity to vote for the contest winners through a Google Form.
 Education Abroad and Global ProgramsDeadline for Undergraduate Study AbroadThe deadline for students to apply for Summer 2024 programs abroad is February 1, 2024, 11:59 p.m. The deadline for Fall 2024, Winter 2025, or Spring 2025 was December 14. We received 493 applications. Thank you for the 92 faculty and staff who are serving as application reviewers, including 44 first-time reviewers. We appreciate your help in selecting the 2024-25 cohort of students abroad.
 International StudentsiExchangeiExchange students, faculty, staff, and Global Engagement members attended Christmas in the Park in Downtown San Jose on December 9. There are 35 faculty and staff members participating in the 2023-24 iExchange program supporting international students at SCU. iExchange fosters intercultural exchange and provides international students a personal experience of American culture and “Bronco hospitality.” Didn’t get a chance to join the 2023-24 iExchange cohort?
